Ladies Benevolent Triples

The Ladies Benevolent Triples competition took place on Thursday, 10th September, and the County thanks Ipswich Ladies B.C. and Marlborough Bowling Club for making everyone feel so welcome.

The bowling was of a high standard and both players and spectators enjoyed a thoroughly pleasant day. After three rounds, with a break for lunch after the second game, the final was played between Tracey Halil, Kelly Ling and Tracey Johnson (Borough of Eye) and Jayne Ordowski, Eve Saunders and Angel Goodwin (Ipswich Ladies), resulting in a win for the ladies from Borough of Eye.

Well done to everyone who participated. Many thanks to you all for providing generous raffle prizes and supporting the draw as we raised £119 for our Benevolent Fund.
