ECL v. Norfolk

Suffolk arrived at Malborough Bowling Club on Saturday heading the leader board with three straight wins.

On an excellent prepared green in good weather conditions Suffolk soon realised that Norfolk were here to upset the party.

Going 10 shots behind after 3 ends Suffolk never recovered with the final score,

Suffolk 96 v Norfolk 112.

Top rink this week as in the last game goes to Mark Wickenden, Gareth Lloyd, George Ward, and Kyle Leeks.

Our thanks go to all concerned at Marlborough BC for their hospitality in hosting us which was much appreciated

All is not lost as Suffolk take on Essex at Hadleigh on Saturday 28th June. 10.30 start where, with a good win, we could see Suffolk retain the title.
